My husband had been sick and diagnosed with cancer, so I thought it was time for me to resign. Then I was suspended one morning and was told HR would reach out to me. It went from being a tight knit family that ran smoothly even on bad days and nights, to absolutely dreading going into work under the new management. The people thy hired to replace everyone had no idea what the hard rock was about and it felt like a sinking ship.
Those included were both GM’s, all ops managers, and both head chefs. I was there for almost 2 years when all of a sudden every one of the managers I worked with left within a 6 week period. I was part of the opening crew when the Hard Rock Cafe opened.
